Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Hana Hire or this website you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is provided by HANARAD PLATFORM PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U46512GJ2024PTC157221), B3, Goyal Tower, University Road, Panjrapol, Ahmedabad – 380009, Gujarat, India. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the platform

HANARAD PLATFORM PRIVATE LIMITED grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Hana Hire for its recruitment and staffing operations during an active subscription. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or probe the platform or another tenant's data
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Store or transmit infringing or illegal content, or candidate data you have no right to process

3. Subscription and billing

Pricing is on request and is set out in the order or subscription agreement. Fees are billed in advance for the agreed period and are exclusive of applicable GST. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled as agreed in writing.

4. Your data

The tenant retains ownership of all data it enters into Hana Hire, including candidate, client and vendor records. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. Each tenant is responsible for having a lawful basis, such as candidate consent, for the data it stores. Tenant data is isolated from every other tenant's data.

5. Live demo

The live demo contains sample data only and resets every night. Do not enter real personal or confidential information. The demo is provided for evaluation without any warranty.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

7. Intellectual property

Hana Hire, its logo, software and site content belong to HANARAD PLATFORM PRIVATE LIMITED. Customers keep their own data and content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HANARAD PLATFORM PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the subscription agreement. After termination access ceases, and tenant data is available for export for a limited period before it is erased.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
